TERMS OF SERVICE
001 - USAGE.
commissions are for PERSONAL USE only. use of banners/pfps is allowed WITH CREDIT, stealing and tracing are strictly prohibited. Do not claim my art as your own and add appropriate credit if you ever decide to post it on your own social media.I do not consent to my art being fed to AI or to it being used as NFTs of any sort.

002 - REQUESTS AND REFUNDS.
i have the right to decline any commission that is out of my scope and/or makes me uncomfortable.refunds are allowed during sketching. you cannot ask for a refund during the coloring & rendering phase, unless an emergency occurs that obstruct my availability to finish the piece.

003 - PAYMENT METHODS.
- 50/50%, first half before starting, and the last half after final sketch (onto rendering) or;
- 100% upfront before startingpayment is either through - PayPal, Ko-Fi (USD), or GCash (PHP). I will notify which slots are open and which are closed/paused.

004 - TAT. a usual piece without setbacks will take about 2 weeks - 1 month, unless specificed otherwise. you may feel free to ask for updates at any phase of the commission, and I will try my best to update you about anything conflicting my time to draw.please do not rush me! unless you have specified that the piece should be finished at a given date, i will constantly communicate whether i am busy or not.
